Caregiver Qualifications
All of our care specialists are employed by All Generations Home Care, Inc. Each specialist is covered by liability insurance and workman's compensation insurance, and are drug screened and background checked. Every new specialist completes an orientation and training program before we recognize their special skills and abilities and match them to the needs of our clients. Care specialists are always introduced into the home by our administrative staff, at which time a plan of care is reviewed and the caregiver introduction to client and family is made.
